This project includes the work required for the construction of the platform and superstructure for the Tram Line connecting Chiclana de la Frontera and San Fernando, along the section between Chiclana de la Frontera and Caño Zurraque, more specifically the subsection located in the urban area of Chiclana.

It also includes workshops and depots, urbanisation work other than the track, tramline substations, stops, civil engineering for posts and overhead lines, and all other work involved in a project of this type, as well as the replacement of all rights of way, new roads and services where affected, earthworks, ditches and installations, structures, factory work, platform drainage, new roads, expropriations, etc.
